Product Description
This hex socket head cap screw features a knurled section on the underside of the head (longitudinal or cross-hatched pattern), which increases finger grip friction for hand starting and also provides some anti-loosening assistance. Materials: A2 (304) or A4 (316) stainless steel. Sizes: M5, M6, M7. Thread options: full thread or half thread (plain shank portion). Half thread is ideal for shear load applications or when passing through thicker workpieces. The head conforms to DIN912, allowing high torque via hex keys. Finish: plain passivated stainless steel. Knurled hex socket screws are particularly suitable for frequently removed access panels or manual assembly stations.
